Refund Policy

Refunds and Order Cancellation (if applicable) 

We will not issue a refund for an order that has been shipped and is still in transit. Once an order has been shipped it we can not retrieve the package. If you decide you no longer need our product during shipment let us know and we will provide you information to return the package. A refund will not be issued until the package is completely returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

Warranty

All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
In case the item is defective, please inform us within 30 days of receipt, we will replace a new one. No Refunds are offered.
Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for resending.

To claim our money-back guarantee: 

  1. You must have purchased our at-home IPL Laser Hair Removal handset from our website.
  2. Trial our handset for at least 45 days from the date of delivery, but for no more than 60 days
  3. You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
  4. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 before and photos to us at info@TacklingFish.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
  5. All Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 45 days of receiving your handset.
  6. ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
  7. If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
  8. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

The greatest determining factor for a successful treatment is simply using it consistently, as advised, and for the recommended period of time.

For those who are not consistent with their treatments, their results will reflect this. We cannot control how often you use your handset or how the handset is used.

Please ensure that the detailed User Guide is thoroughly read and understood. If the handset has not been used correctly, and as instructed, the refund will not be approved.

We reserve our right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied, (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded.

We advise returning the handset via trackable mail. We cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us unless tracked.

Taken progress pictures, and LOVE your results? We’d love to see them and give you a little something for sharing. Please send your images to info@TacklingFish.com with your order number, to claim your refund - from us to you. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Card refund takes an average of 10-14 days to process after being initiated. 


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@Tacklingfish.com and we will send you an address to return the product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, email us for a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
